 Related: #35395. Seeks to provide a better alternative to the code editors
 for, well introducing users to code, particularly for those like me (and
 also helen) who started out be playing with stuff in the theme and plugin
 editors. Not directly tied to the future of the editors but would
 certainly offer some direction. That ticket is still awaiting constructive
 feedback from the security team on how we could make it work/what's
 required; any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 Also +1 on this ticket.
