 Core Trac is used for tracking bugs in the core software itself. Until the
 Jetpack team has identified a core bug, your best bet is to post in the
 [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack support forums] for Jetpack
 to see if they've identified any incompatibilities with WordPress 4.5.
