 HI.  My client informed me that his site is down and I do not know what
 this code means.

 Fatal error: Call to undefined function create_initial_taxonomies() in
 /home/03/17/2021703/web/wp-settings.php on line 206

 What do I do to fix it?   I have a strong belief that it was corrupted
 when his hosting site, Hostway went down for several hours.  Could that
 been a problem?

 Please help!
