 Tangentially, these look to me to be the last remaining metaboxes that are
 not collapsable on a new installation of WordPress. On upgrades to older
 ones, the old "Links" feature has the same problems that comments does
 here.

 I've been trying to put together screenshots to zoom in deeply & compare
 pixel-by-pixel what the visual differences are, but not having another
 non-collapsable metabox to compare to makes that pretty difficult to do.
 :)
