Comment (by swissspidy):

 `print_embed_styles` is more like the equivalent to `print_emoji_styles`,
 not `wp_print_styles`. Hooking `print_embed_styles` to `wp_print_styles`
 would be possible, but change the order in which the CSS is loaded.

 I prefer the default CSS to be loaded before any other CSS, as it
 currently is the case.
