 I agree @swissspidy but users get lost when deeper because there is no
 other visual cue, plugins and themes are misusing the feature also, they
 do the same 2 level deep pages while sometimes must be deeper. Would be
 great to set some standard, provide the features to avoid cluttering the
 left menu, sometimes the pages are all scattered in the left menu, indeed
 a plugin/theme issue but we are lacking a standard maybe.
