 In an ideal world too, although this should probably be discussed further
 in another ticket, it would be cool when WordPress called .org for update
 checking if it could report core WordPress settings data. We don't even
 need the value they have it set at, just like a 1 or 0 if a setting is on
 a default or not. That would provide us with a massive amount of data that
 could easily be quantified to provide usage data (similar to how WordPress
 makes the graphs that show what % of people are on a specific WordPress
 version) and would allow the project to easily figure out what other
 settings aren't getting used very quickly.
