 Would be nice to don't use `<span>` or other non-semantic elements for UI
 controls, see [#comment:35]. About the text suggested for `$title Press
 return or enter to open` it's not clear the difference between "return"
 and "enter" other than the difference in US and UK keyboard layouts. As a
 non native English speaker that doesn't make sense for me and it would be
 translated with the same term "Invio".
