 Yup, would be OK to restore the heading hierarchy but what about the
 actual H1 text? The H1 should be the main topic of the screen so, for
 example, in the Media Library it should be "Media Library" thus the
 current H2 would be "duplicated". And what text should be used in options
 screen added by plugins?
