 Right now I have paired Home and Dashboard icons that I like. They look
 good on phones. The Home Icon suffers on touch devices with an unnecessary
 visit site link that burns a tap, but that can be fixed.

 If I lose those, what am I getting instead? A W icon that is a visual
 downgrade on phones. It compromises the toolbar for me on phones. I much
 prefer having that Dashboard icon first with the Home icon being the first
 thing after the hamburger menu in the backend. This is a lovely pairing.

 I'm getting a W icon that will also be an admin menu actuator on small
 screens. On larger screens it will be a flyout that duplicates the admin
 menu below. Not sure how I feel about that.

 The W menu will have Posts in it, that's good. I'd rather the Dashboard
 icon be retained and filled with what we're putting in the new W menu.

 Customize deserves promotion to the top.

 Which is to say, at least for phones, I like what we have now with Home
 and Dashboard. Just fix the contents of the Dashboard menu, remove the
 unneeded Visit Site sub from the Home menu, and add Customize. No W in
 sight.
