 The patch adds the view post links on mobile FYI.

 I'm not sure that I like moving dashboard out from the W. Things are
 starting to get way too cluttered here, especially on multisite, and I'm
 leaning towards dropping the separate visit site/home link in terms of
 coming up with a better way to integrate that flow with the main menu
 (since this frees up a lot of top=level space/clutter). With the current
 patch we'd need to adjust the breakpoint for switching to icons only, as
 the text overflows much sooner even without multisite.
