 I support completing the implementation of Post Formats in core, versus
 removing Post Formats from core. However, if Post Formats are to be
 removed from core, they should only be removed to a '''Feature Plugin''',
 in order to direct the completion of the implementation.

 The idea here shouldn't be to ''remove'' the feature from core entirely
 and forever, but rather to ''fully bake'' the feature. If the best way to
 do that is in situ, then do that. However, if the best way is via Feature
 Plugin, then go that route.
