 There is a theme on the repository called "Responsive Mobile". Entering
 the the theme's name in the search under ''Appearance > Themes > Add New''
 does not display the theme for installation within a reasonable amou

 If I enter, into the search, the exact name of a theme that exists in the
 repository, I would expect it to be the first item in the results.
