 In [attachment:21195.diff]:

 * Drop support for the array versions of `WP_User` / `WP_Post` objects -
 it's a new feature so we don't need to support the old way of doing
 things.
 * Moved the `get_avatar_url` filter to `get_avatar_data()`.
 * Dropped `$original_args` from all of the filters, it didn't really have
 a practical purpose.
