 Hummm. I downloaded a Modern.ie VM for IE11 on Windows 10, and I could not
 reproduce the issue: https://cloudup.com/ceWX2RRHMxa

 The opening and closing of sections seems unaffected by the transitioned
 opacity in the preview.
