 Did my screenshot above not post? It has the exact error message I am
 getting, which is the same as what [comment:15 verdonv] posted. It doesn't
 look like any files from the old version of the plugin to be updated are
 touched. Also, yes my sites are using FTP, which they have to since my PHP
 handler is DSO.
