 I haven't tested yet, but in terms of sizing, I would like to see the
 default be percentage-based for very large screens (per my earlier patches
 here, but just as a default position). In terms of the way section and
 panel UI currently works, a min width of 300px is probably necessary.
 Unless we're planning on re-doing the UI to be more horizontally
 inclined/responsive, a max-width that can be overwritten on a panel-by-
 panel basis by plugins that add more UI would also be a good idea;
 however, I'm not excited about the idea of facilitating excessive UI for
 the sake of excessive UI in plugins.
