 @jtsternberg The resizer is coming along nicely as a proof of concept.
 Nice work!

 I would put a min-width on it (which it kind of has), but instead of
 collapsing at that width, just stay at that width. It should not collapse
 automatically via resizer. Instead, we can maybe find a way to more
 closely associate the collapse button with the resizer. I would entirely
 remove the auto full-width expansion as well. It's super unexpected and
 not really necessary.

 I'd like to try it with those changes made. After that, it could use a bit
 of styling love which will probably be minimal color tweaks and the
 grabber maybe.

 Enhancement idea: show pixel width of preview window when resizing.
