 Oh I see, thank you! Is this what you need? It adds the checkbox etc back
 in but I'm not sure on the wording.

 Also the password re-set emails send with two links in them, the link with
 the reset key and, below that, a link to the login page. I can see how
 that could be confusing to some people and they probably won't re-set
 their password then go back to their email to use that link:
