 I used one customer site followed your steps and without success.

 However when I access the page in the Twenty15 theme it worked.

 The bug must be with the AVADA theme from theme fusion, or am I still
 missing something.
 Sorry I did not post here for support, I genuinely believed it was a bug.

 Suggestions?
