 When uploading an image to this customer's Media Library, the customer
 than edits the picture and crops it. A thin, black line appears on the
 right on the image. I have verified on both WordPress.com and a local
 installation.

 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Open any WordPress.com blog and
 2. Go the the Media Uploader
 3. Upload this image: http://cld.wthms.co/Wu5u/3bR0hudJ
 4. Edit Image
 5. Crop image

 * Expected: Image was cropped to look like the initial picture
 * Actual: Image has a thin black bar on right side
