 Sidestepping some of the vitriol happening here... @SergeyBiryukov as a
 plugin feature request, would it be possible for the "Restore Link Title
 Field" plugin to prefill the Title attribute field with the name of the
 page/post when selecting internal links, the way that it used to <= 4.1? I
 think that is the primary concern of @ReconMind and @wordpresssites.

 Personally I agree that the new Link Text field should remain unchanged
 based on the way that field is designed to work.
