 The title text should be included automatically. This makes adding related
 post links more efficient as it saves time because you don't need to add
 the title text each time you select a related post.

 This has already been made crystal clear several times in other tickets
 you have closed.

 The changes you have made in 4.2 are not an enhancement, they are a step
 backwards because it takes more time to complete linking to related posts
 as you have to add the title text manual for every link.
