 I too was at first dismayed to hear about the demise of the title
 attribute, because it was one of my favourite tools in my toolbox. But,
 when someone kindly took the time to explain to me the effect the title
 attr. has for screen readers in particular. I realised that I would need
 to find other ways of presenting links, and other elements in width
 restricted areas.

 Forget mobile-first, put people-first. ;) Best of luck!
