 Tested patch 30065.3 on this site http://red-
 hound.com/trunk29747/trunk/src/ (4.1-alpha-30031 at the time of testing)
 and it works as intended; only site-title and entry-title have <h1> after
 the incorporation of this patch.  Great thanks to all for the commitment
 to accessibility!
