 If I can propose one, this is the scope I'd like to see for this ticket:

 1. Exclude non-default comment types from the list table and all recent
 comments widgets. Basically, WP core should never show a non-default
 comment tye
 2. Add support to WP_Comment_Query for retrieving multiple comment types

 I think that's it.
