 Sure, completing translation is priority, but for example Multisite is not
 widely used in our country. So, we rather invested time in proofreading
 and improving current localization for 99 % of users. It worked well for
 many previous versions and now we are "rare case" and "should never
 happen"? We are coming back to discussion if it is really needed to
 complete localization or enable marking it as complete for users. But it
 is not part of this ticket. I made a screenshot of current bug and it is
 bug, because there is no 4.0.1 version yet. Why closing?
