 So the issue is that you're releasing a local package (which has the
 `$wp_local_package` global) with an incomplete translation. This is a rare
 case and should never happen. I tend to close this as invalid

 Right now you always complaining about things because of an incomplete
 translation. Isn't it time to provide a complete translation?
