 Patch fixes issue above. Ideally we need to set the wp-editor-expand class
 on wp-editor-wrap, not postdivrich, so a variable can be set and scripts
 can be loaded form within the editor class. That's also where other
 classes such as has-dfw and tmce/html-active are set. Only downside is a
 more complex CSS rule. :)
