 Bug report (unsure whether to make a new ticket for something so minor):

 When disabling the DFW via this code in a plugin:

 `add_filter('wp_editor_expand','__return_false');`

 The button for DFW is removed from the Visual editor, but remains in place
 (but non-functional) on the Text editor tab.
