 Also, maybe I'm missing something, how to change the heading text? I mean
 the text passed to the private function `_navigation_markup()`.
 Say my posts are custom post types: "Products", "Reviews", whatever, my
 heading will always be "Post navigation" while I would like to have a more
 appropriate text: "Products navigation" etc.

 Anyway, in `get_the_post_navigation()` the passed text should be
 "Post'''s''' navigation" (plural).
