 3.9, 4.0, and 4.1 are all major releases. 4.0 doesn't mean anything
 different to us than 3.9 or 4.1. We count using base 10. You could just as
 easily think of them as 39, 40, 41. Yeah, it's weird, but we've been doing
 it for years and it's worked out alright.
