Maybe just have two buttons "Cancel" and "Save" at the bottom? Both of
those take you back, so the "Back" button is not really necessary.

I had a version that had "Save" and "Cancel" buttons in the media modal
toolbar area, but unfortunately that didn't work well for the scale and
restore original functions, which have their own submit buttons that
manipulate the image. Maybe we need to rethinking the UX of the image
editor in general?
