 Maybe just have two buttons "Cancel" and "Save" at the bottom? Both of
 those take you back, so the "Back" button is not really necessary.

 Seems reasonable to me to put the save button down there instead of back.
 I wonder if it should be more like gallery creation and also change the
 sidebar and put the back link there instead.
