 In 27159.patch: remove the "underline" button (Ctrl/Command+U still works)
 and move the "strikethrough" (insert <del> tag) button to the second row.

 The alignment buttons are actually toggles, first click applies the
 class/style, second click removes it. They are pretty convenient for
 aligning images (1 click vs. 3 clicks to open the modal, select alignment
 and close). On the other hand having the "block formats" drop-down in the
 top toolbar as well as the undo/redo buttons makes sense too.
