 I like this idea, although I'd prefer to see the cropping logic live in
 `WP_Image_Editor`.  Perhaps within `->resize()`, with the same array
 syntax as the above, so that it's simple to perform a crop with certain
 orientations without adding an image size.

 If the above patch is used, we can still decide to refactor it into
 `WP_Image_Editor` later, if we want to go with an incremental approach.
