 Thanks for all of the feedback everyone. I've updated according to your
 suggestions, and incorporated with the rest of wp-config.php and tidied up
 the rest of the file:

 Other than WP_DEBUG, I commented out the constants with them set to their
 defaults. WP_DEBUG is set to its default and uncommented (as has been the
 convention).
