requests from users who modified Genesis (the parent theme), then updated
it and wiped out their changes? Everyone else: how many times have you
heard of that happening with other themes?
I've been building parent/child themes for six years. In that time, I've
maybe seen this happen 10 times. Most of them were in my first couple of
years when no one knew what a child theme was.
