 Okay, I'll make a patch for it. It might not be a good idea to show the
 same thing for both click and hover, since you can have a view selected
 and another hovered, in which case you'll have two views with a border and
 buttons. That might be confusing. Not sure.

 also suggest having the icons show up at the top left like they normally
 do but they should scroll as the gallery is scrolled.    Meaning if a
 gallery has 40 images in it or so no matter where they were in the editor
 if they hovered over the gallery part the two icons would show up, not
 require them to scroll to the beginning of the gallery to see the icons.
