 Mockups posted above. Was thinking we'd follow the width logic of the
 dashboard widgets, and give each container a min-width of 255px, and make
 the max-width percentage based. When we reach the next large breakpoint,
 we can show up to three columns of plugins (four seems like ''too'' many,
 so I'd cap at three). Once the width of each plugin hits < 400px, we
 should drop the buttons down to underneath the description:
