 List views in the plugin installer (Search Results, Featured, Popular,
 Newest, Favorites, Beta Testing) should be replaced with a redesigned
 list.

 The new list should be a multi-column view of plugin cards, something like
 the wireframe example here:

 The cards would give a more useful overview of each plugin, including
 banner-style images and compatibility info at a glance.
