 Hey so I just read through most of this thread because I believe I'm
 having the same problem. I Had a menu without 10 items and each had
 submenus. A few days ago i tried adding a new one and it ended up
 disappearing. I took a few days to just work on pages and leave the menu
 side of things alone. Today I tried to add the menus again and this time
 half of menus have disappeared. At first they all disappeared but I went
 to the "Manage Locations" settings a rechecked my original menu which
 brought back half of them.

 I honestly am lost after reading through these responses as I am not a
 computer programmer and I am a week into building my first website. I kind
 of got the part about changing the max input vars thing but I have no idea
 how I would go about doing that. I would really appreciate it if there was
 someone who can put this into easier terms for me and help me out. I
 currently use "HostGator" as my server and my theme is the "Pictorial"
 theme. Thanks guys!
