 Really sorry to hear that you're having problems qotp1129, but this isn't
 the right place. You should [https://wordpress.org/support head over to
 the support forums] and post the same information there.

 In addition, I would enabled `WP_DEBUG` in your wp-config.php file (if it
 isn't already) which should show any fatal errors if they're happening,
 and take a look at your server's PHP logs and errors logs to see if there
 are any errors in there.

 Finally, you may have a plugin in your `wp-content/mu-plugins` directory
 which is causing an error, or you may have a `wp-content/db.php` or `wp-
 content/advanced-cache.php` file in place which is causing an error.
