 •       Reset theme to default them, Twenty-Twelve. Did not work.
 •       Disabled plug-ins by renaming the plug-in folder. Did not work.
 •       Re-installed WP 4.0.1. Did not work.
 •       Reverted to earlier version 3.9. Did not work.
 •       Uploaded previous backup files. Did not work.
 •       Uploaded WP 4.0.1 zip file. Extracted into queenofthepenbooks
 folder. Did not work.
 •       Unzipped WP 4.0.1. file and uploaded the wp-admin and wp-includes
 folders. Did not work.
 •       Increased memory to 64M in wp-config file. Did not work.
 •       Uninstalled, reinstalled, and uploaded backup database. Did not
 work.

 I have two additional WP sites and they work just fine. So, I’m really
 stumped and need help ASAP. My hosting company can’t seem to figure it out
 either and want to charge me to restore a copy from a earlier time.
 However, their copy would be the same version I used as a backup.
