 1. Create a paragraph
 2. Make a space with Shift+Enter (or don't doesn't matter)
 3. The entire paragraph is changed to the chosen heading size

 Chrome 36, OS X and Windows 8.1. Occurs with WP 3.9.2 and WP 4 B4
