 @rmccue [http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3490 RFC 3490(IDNA2003)] was
 obsoleted by [http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5890 5890] and
 [http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5891 5891](IDNA2008).
 I guess that the library supporting IDNA2008 is suited.
