 Just noticed this ticket. Requests includes an
 [https://github.com/rmccue/Requests/blob/master/library/Requests/IDNAEncoder.php
 IDNA encoder] written from scratch by myself. It also has
 [https://coveralls.io/files/201383590 97.9% test coverage];
 ([https://github.com/rmccue/Requests/blob/master/tests/IDNAEncoder.php
 relevant tests]). Might be worth integrating?
