 I have had the same menu item limitation at 90 on WP3.9 just like others.
 I followed ronnieg's advice for a workaround, but ran into a problem with
 a new install of CMS Page Tree View on 3.9 where the ability to drag and
 change elements in the tree is lost. It seems to have happened to others
 recently and there may be a workaround for that, but I am now on a
 workaround for my workaround. Is there significant risk in depending on a
 plugin workaround if the plugins are not updated/supported in the future?
 Or am I better redesigning my navigation to stay within 90
 pages...possible, but more work and maybe not ideal for my site.
