 Many think that border and margin editing in the editor was a bug in the
 first place. It is for your theme to decide how images are styled.

 Percentage resizing can be achieved using a calculator, so it's hardly a
 basic function.

 Yes. Image handling has improved tremendously through the last versions.

 Thanks to the easy way to install plugins, almost everything is possible.
 Having many small plugins is not a problem. The quality of a plugin
 matters.
