 The jQuery Jcrop script v0.9.10 is not compatible with the version of
 Jquery v1.10.2 included in WordPress 3.6.1. jQuery Jcrop v0.9.10 uses
 $.browser() a lot to detect msie in several places and $.browser() is
 deprecated by jQuery form 1.9 and up.
